Covid-19 important information

We are continuously monitoring the development of COVID-19 around the world as our number one priority is the well-being, health and safety of our guest and team members. In order to secure just that, we have set-up procedures, plans and routines in place, so that all of our guests can feel safe when staying at or visiting our hotels. The safety of our guests and team members are of paramount priority we follow closely all rules and regulations issued by global and local government and health authorities.

 

What we do at our hotels to secure the safety of our guest:

GENERAL PROCEDURES AND PROTOCOLS

  • we have developed a COVID-19 prevention plan including an action/checklist for infection prevention 
  • we have implemented protocols and guidelines for staff safety and health, including temperature checks for hotel staff
  • we have implemented a stay-home policy for anyone displaying any symptoms or an increased temperature as per World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines 
  • we have implemented a special cleaning and disinfection plan for each department
  • we have implemented protocols for regular disinfection of exposed surfaces such as door handles, handrails, elevator buttons, lobby furniture, public restrooms
  • we have implemented instructions and set increased focus on hand hygiene 
  • we follow the guidelines and recommendations of World Health Organization and local health authorities and act accordingly
  • all our employees have been trained in accordance with the new protocols and provided with information about COVID-19 prevention instructions
  • it is mandatory to wear the protective mask.

 

AVAILABLE FOR ALL OUR GUESTS

  • disinfectant stands are available in the lobby and other hotel public areas
  • gloves and masks availability at the hotel reception
  • faster check-in and check-out procedures with social distancing measures in place
  • clear signage throughout the hotel to inform guests of the enhanced cleaning protocols, social distancing (a minimum of 1.5 meters) and public health institute recommendations
  • guest rooms cleaned, ventilated, and thoroughly disinfected after each guest departure
  • daily room service on request with the guarantee no one will enter the room
  • all printing materials from the room has been removed, you may reach it with QR code or at your request at Reception desk
  • we provide WhatsApp communication with our guests 24/7

 

HOTEL RESTAURANT AND BAR

  • bar, restaurant and terrace available for dining
  • breakfast is served each morning with strict precaution - from how we serve the food, to available deficient dispenser and the table setup to meet the social distancing measures
  • enhancing cleaning, including disinfecting tables immediately after guest has left the table
  • social distancing for seating distribution and gathering size as per government guidance
  • regular cleaning of machines operated by staff member instead of self-service model 
  • increase cleaning and disinfection frequency 

 

With safety as our main priority, we are taking all precautionary measures for our guests to feel safe during their stay with us. We are looking forward welcoming our guest and we will strive to provide no less than extraordinary guest experiences, even in these challenging days.
